This session will cover successful membership growth and retention strategies with a continuation of last years Q and A session with Darcy Mykytyshyn, Rotary Club of Red Deer. This club has grown membership from from 58 to 93 in less than 2 years.
District Public Image
This presentation will focus on explaining how to get the most out of the marketing tools at your disposal as you strive to share your club's story, and the greater story of Rotary as an international force for good, to a variety of audiences.
Rotary Youth Exchange
Hear our current inbound students talk about the cultural differences between their countries and Canada, what surprises them, what delights them, and how it has changed them going forward. Hear from our local Rotarians, who went on exchange 10, 20, or even 30 years ago, and how that experience shaped their life’s direction.

The Business Case for Inclusion in the work force
Mark and Valerie Wafer will expand on the business case for building an inclusive environment and how it is good for business. Past Rotary Vice President Val Wafer will provide an update on Rotary's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work and the message of inclusion in our clubs.

The District Indigenous Relations Committee will facilitate an experiential and informative session addressing how Rotarians and Rotary Clubs can step up and provide leadership.
