Connect, learn, grow!
The House of Friendship is where you will connect with like minded Rotarians and friends and have the wonderful opportunity to learn and grow through conversation and interactions. Clubs are encouraged to book a table (it’s free!) to display projects and encourage conversation with attendees. Retail tables may be available for a fee (just contact Joyce for details).
What about YOUR Project?
You can feature your project or program! The District Conference Committee is inviting clubs to participate in the House of Friendship. Presentations should showcase projects that clubs are currently engaged in, initiatives recently completed, or organizations that have benefited from your Club's involvement. We plan to keep the venue open continuously on both days allowing presenters to take full advantage of Conference traffic.
This year space is limited, but we will try to accommodate as many groups as we can.
To best accommodate you, we need to know how many tables ( 6 x2.5 ft) you would require, whether you will need access to power and if so would bring an extension cord, or have any special requirements. The House of Friendship Committee will assign locations.
Deadline for receiving requests is April 10th. and may be sent to David Simmons or Joyce Zwick.
We look forward to seeing you at this years District Conference.
